Equipment & Safety
Q: What’s included in a PlayCafé Package?
We have packages to suit every venue. Each package includes soft foam flooring and safe, clean toys, as well as our integrated marketing service. View our packages here.
Q: Is the equipment safe?
Yes. All toys are CE-certified, sustainably made, and curated by child development experts. We inspect, sanitise, and rotate toys before every rental. We also steer clear of noisy, battery-operated toys that would negatively impact the ambiance of your venue.
Q: How often do you clean the toys?
We deep clean and sanitise everything before and after every rental.
Q: What ages are the toys suitable for?
Our toys are designed for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
Venue Responsibilities
Q: Who supervises the children?
Parents or caregivers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times. Venues are also expected to monitor the play area as they would with high chairs or other customer facilities.
Q: Do we need extra staff to run this?
No — our model is designed to be low-hassle. Parents supervise their own children while enjoying your venue.

Q: Are there exclusivity deals available so my competitors can’t do this, too?
Yes. We offer exclusivity within a set kilometre radius when you enter into a long-term recurring rental agreement with us. Contact us to discuss this opportunity.
Promotion & Marketing
Q: How do you promote our venue?
We have two marketing packages, standard and premium. In both, we’ll feature your event across our social media and various parent groups driving business to your doors. The premium package includes a paid advertising campaign and co-branded assets you can use on your own channels. Check out our packages here.
Logistics
Q: How do deliveries and collections work?
We deliver and collect your play area at agreed times. Setup is simple, and we provide clear guidelines for safe placement.
Q: How much space do we need?
We can tailor our play area to any space with a minimum size of 2m x 2m. We’ll help you choose the right size for your venue.
Q: Can the play area be used outdoors?
Currently, our play areas are designed for indoor use only.
